Our direct outreach is based on the "old school" recruiting methodology of actually building realtionships by speaking to people. We use the best in technology to support our efforts but ultimately it's about relationshsip building wtih the top talent.
Our focus is on senior level roles in the Life Sciences industry. The positions we recruit for require a minimum of ten years experience. We do not recruit for entry level positions.
